The vice chancellor of River State University of education has been kidnapped. According to a report from a reliable source, the vice chancellor Rosemund Green-Ogahobulu was kidnapped yesterday on returning from work. Rosemund Green-Osahogulu is the vice chancellor of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE), Port Harcourt.
