The Rivers State governor Bar. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has ban the operation of the Rivers State Road Traffic Management Authority (TIMARIV) with immediate effect. According to the statement release, any one that is seen harassing innocent people by the then TIMARIV should be persecuted and be reported to the nearest police station.
