A tricycle driver (also known as Keke) was beaten and killed by hoodlums at St. John area of Rumuolumeni in Rivers State. According to report, the Keke driver refuse to pay ticket money for the day, and the hoodlums beat him to his death. The decease person was rushed to the hospital where he died of Spinal Cord issue. At least two persons have been arrested by the police in the area.
