The Rivers State governor Bar. Nyesom Wike has appointed 12 new permanent secretaries in the State. The Statement issued by the special adviser to Wike on media and publicity, Sir Opunabo Inko-Tariah confirmed that the 12 new permanent secretaries will be sworn-in on Friday, August 7, 2015.
