According to DailyTrust, the pipeline belongs to the Nigerian National
Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) at Arepo and Imagbon, Lagos and Ogun states
respectively.The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) officials,
firefighters were mobilised to the area, while supply valves were shut
in order to stop the disaster from spreading.
