A new Residential Electoral Commissioner (REC) has be deploy to Kano State following the death of the former REC Alhaji Munka’ila Abdullahi that died in a strange fire with the wife and two children last Friday in his resident. According to the statement. the new REC will arrive today in Kano. Kano State will commerce the distribution of he sensitive materials tomorrow Wednesday 8th April 2015 agaist April 11th governorship and National Assembly Elections
