Millions of naria worth of properties has been destroyed as four compounds was razed by fire in Port Harcourt, Rivers State yesterday. According to an eye witness, the fire started yesterday evening at no. 1 Awkuzu street mile 1, and spread to other compounds. ''We did not pick up any thing not even our slippers'' she stated. But we thank God no life was lost, no body knew the cause of the fire but by the time the fire service could come, every thing was destroyed.
