The body of a 22-year-old undergraduate of engineering department, Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe, Bakpo Otueme, was at the weekend found floating on River Ethiope in Oghara, Delta State.   • ‘My wives know I’m a criminal’
A 27-year-old suspected kidnapper, Rasheed Adetunji, who was paraded alongside other suspects, has confessed that his two wives knew he was a criminal and not a kidnapper. He also revealed that he used part of the ransom money collected from victims to get married to them. According to the Osun State-born Adetunji, his love for women is responsible for his having two wives at his age and had hoped to marry more before he was arrested.   • Billions of unpaid waybills threaten fuel supply – Marketers
 Oil marketers under the platform of Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) are demanding payment of outstanding waybills owed them by the Petroleum Equalization Fund Management Board (PEF).
The marketers have therefore threatened to seek redress in court to compel the Fund to pay the said amount with other incidental charges within two weeks.
Counsel to the marketers M.M Gumsuri, in a letter to the Executive Secretary of Fund dated 7th May, 2015 and made available to Daily Trust, said his clients have not been paid for the waybills of the manual loading carried out from 2006 to date which now amounts to billions which is threatening smooth fuel supply across the country.
