The Rivers State government has announce the restriction of movement of vehicles and people in the state. According to the statement release today, the restriction will commence from 6pm today, 22nd May 2015 to 6am tomorrow 23rd May 2015. This is because of the forthcoming LGA chairmen and councilor elections that will hold tomorrow 23rd May 2015 in the state.
