Workers that participant in the just concluded council elecion in Rivers State protest over payment today 27h Ma 2015
The protest started this morning at Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) Office in Aba Road in Port Harcourt. The workers were ask to come today for their payment, but it turn out that they were ask again to come on Friday 29h May 2015 but the boys went out to block Aba express way for about 30 minuets before RSIEC promise to pay them the money.
At the time of this report, there is no sign of payment
