Reporting reaching me now says that Some residents of Borokiri area of Port Harcourt have blocked the office of the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) at Agrrey road for refusing to give them light. According to the residents, they have been on black-out for the past two weeks for no reason.
