''Wike Is Not Prepare To Govern Rivers State'' Chima Nnokam Condemns Nyesom Wike Inaugural Speech

 The newly sworn-in APC  chairman of Port Harcourt City Chima Nnokam has condemn the inaugural speech Of Governor Bar. Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, according to him, he says that his speech shows that the governor is not prepared to govern the people of the state. Meanwhile, The Rivers State house of Assembly has reopened, the judiciary that was shut for more than a year open today. According Mr. chima Nnokam, while reacting to opening of the court, he says that ''those that close the Rivers State judiciary has come back to reopen it''
