DSS Arrests RSIEC Commissioner, Gesila Khan

The department of State Security (DSS) have arrested the Rivers State Electoral Commissioner Gesila Khan. According to report, she was called for questioning on Tuesday July 21 2015 in Abuja, but was retained till Wednesday July 23, 2015.
