The Rivers State commissioner of police Mr. Chris O Ezike has ban the use of unauthorized tinted glass vehicle in the State. According to the new commissioner, any one who violent the order will be arrested and be persecuted while the vehicle will be pounded. Speaking to news men, Mr. Ezike said that the arrested will commence from the 10th of July 2015.
