President Muhamadu Buhari today July 2, 2015 appoint a new DSS boss Mr. Lawal Musa Daura as the Director-General of the Department of State Security Service. He is to take over from Ita Ekpenyong, the outgoing DG. The announcement was made in a terse statement issued by the Director Communications in the Office of Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Alhaji Haruna Imrana, on behalf of the HoS, Mr. Danladi Kifasi. The statement said Lawal Musa Daura was born in Daura on August 5, 1953.
