The governor of Rivers State Bar. Ezenwo Nyesom Wike has inaugurated the State Traffic Decongestion Committee (TDC) in place of TIMARIV that was ban on June 18 2015 from operating in the State. According to the State governor, the TDC is set aside to complement the police and not to take over their duties, the TDC is expected to remove all illegal vehicles on the road with immediate effect.
