We can remember what Jega said, that he will be returning to classroom, after the end of his tenure as the INEC chairman today, Plateau State governor, Simon Lalong, has reconstituted the Governing Council for the Plateau State University, Bokkos, with the former Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Attahiru Jega, as chairman or pro-chancellor of the institution.
The governor also reinstated the sacked Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Danjuma Sheni. In a statement signed by the Director of Press Affairs, Mr. Emmanuel Nanle. According to the statement his appointment took effect from today August 14, 2015.
