The Rivers State governor Bar. Nyesom E. Wike has sacked the Accountant General of the State and appointed the Director Treasury, Sir Dagogo R. Abere as the Acting Accountant General of the State. According to a Statement by the Special Assistant (Media) to the Rivers State Governor, Simeon Nwakaudu, this appointment takes immediate effect.
