Breaking News!!!! Appeal Court Stops Saraki’s Arrest.
The Nigerian Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has stopped the proposed arrest of the President of the Senate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, by the Code of Conduct Tribunal. The Tribunal an Inferior court had earlier issued the order for Saraki’s arrest for failing to honour its invitation.
The Chairman of the Tribunal, Justice Danladi Umar, who is indicted for collecting bride from a retired Customs officer, is also facing a corruption charges at EFCC
