to the chief judge of the federal high court for reassignment on personal reasons,”Chikere said. “When it is reassigned, the prosecution can go after it.”The former minister is accused of defrauding 676,675 job seekers of N676,675,000 in an immigration recruitment exercise that led to the death of at least 20 young Nigerians.
