Twenty soldiers comprising four officers and sixteen men of the Nigerian Army have been arraigned before a court marshal over charges of gun-running and murder.While inaugurating the court marshal
at the military media center in Maiduguri, the commander in charge of 7 Division of the Nigerian Army, Brigadier Victor Ezudwu, warned the president of the court and its members against
unnecessary adjournments, while seeing to it that justice is done.According to Daily Trust, most of those involved are being charged for selling arms while some others are suspected of committing murder and human rights abuses.
