Borno LG Boss Commences Reconstruction Of 500 Destroyed Houses For IDPs

The caretaker Chairman of Gubio Local Government Area,LGA, of Borno State, Alhaji Zanna Modu has said that the degrading of the activities of Boko Haram insurgents was hastening the

reconstruction of about 500 residential houses and public structures destroyed by insurgents in the communities in the LGA.He also commended the military and the state governor for degrading the
activities of insurgents in his communities.Modu stated this yesterday at the foundation laying ceremony for the reconstruction of Gubio town.His words: ‘’With the liberation of communities in Gubio and its environs, the ongoing reconstruction of 500 residential houses and public structures destroyed by insurgents in the town became necessary to provide returning victims with a decent shelter to enable them to concentrate on their socio- economic activities.”
