Senate Seek Removal Of Age Bracket, Years Of Experience As Requirements For Unemployed

Nigerians Nigerian Senate today during plenary moved the motion to do away with the requirements of age bracket and years of experience that denies most unemployed Nigerians the opportunity to get

 jobs. This was revealed through tweets from the official handle of the Nigerian Senate. In addition, a call was made for a state of emergency to be declared on unemployment in Nigeria as well as unemployment benefits for unemployed Nigerians. A resolution was also made to invite the Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr. Chris Ngige, to provide insight into government’s roadmap towards tackling unemployment in the country.
