Former secretary of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Dr. Hakeem Baba Ahmed has been appointed Chief of Staff to Nigeria’s Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki.
In a statement issued in Abuja by the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the Senate President, Yusuph Olaniyonu, he said the appointment takes immediate effect.Until his appointment, the 61-
