It Will Be Inhuman for us to Sack Civil Servants in This Recession- FG

The federal government of Nigeria has stated it it will not sack civil servants especially during this period of recession.This is according to Head of service of the federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita. She said

 instead, the government was only getting rid of the ghost workers on its payroll.The Muhammadu Buhari administration cares about the plight of Nigerians and as such, has no intention to retrench civil servants, she noted.“Yes, there is an economic recession now but definitely retrenchment is out of it. The administration of President Buhari is a government that has human face. The solution is not throwing more people into the street.Instead, the civil service is looking for ways to generate income internally to pay its workers, she added.
