The Rivers state house of assembly has approved a request by Governor Wike to borrow a loan of 20bn from Access Bank PLC. According to report, the aim of the loan is to enable the governor to carry out roads construction in the State. Meanwhile, the governor was granted the sum of 10bn after his inauguration on May 29 2015 from Zenith bank plc. 31 days in office 30bn loan. Lol!
