Plateau Gov Retires Seven Perm Secs, Demotes Nine To Rank Of Directors

The Plateau State Governor Lalong has retires seven permanent secretaries, demotes nine to the rank of director and appoints twelve new ones, Plateau HOS Hulda Fwanchi says in a statement.
