218 Chibok girls who have been held captive by Boko Haram might receive their freedom on Monday, October 20l4



Following negotiations for their release, the 218 Chibok girls who have been held captive by Boko Haram since April 14, might receive their freedom on Monday, October 20l4
The abducted Chibok girls (pictured in a screenshot) might be released on Monday, October 20 after negotiations between Boko Haram and the Nigerian government
 
According to reports, 218 Chibok girls who were abducted by Boko Haram six months ago might be released on Monday, October 20.
This comes as a result of successful talks between the group and the Nigerian government which led both parties to agree to the release of the girls and also to a ceasefire between Nigeria’s troops and the terrorists.
