Ex-Militant, Ateke Tom who also stormed Okirika last weekend
to witness Ibinabo’s wedding said the first thing he told her when she
approached him about their dating story in the papers was for her to ignore
them and move on. Ateke who was delighted about the day, said he sees the AGN president as his
daughter and not a friend.
‘’I remember when Ibinabo came crying to me saying the
papers wrote we are dating, I told her to ignore them. She is like my daughter
and people will always talk about you.
She is getting married today and I am happy to give my blessings.’’
He further appealed to her husband to take proper care of
her.
