Opobo Nkoro LGA in Rivers State has announce the restriction of the use of boats and Okada in the LGA due to the forth coming presidential election on Saturday, according to the press Secretary to the chairman of Opobo Nkoro , the use of boats will only be available from the Main Jetty, and the restriction of Okada will commence Tomorrow 27th March by 12noon till Sunday 29th March 2015.
