The Rivers Sate Police Command has announced the restriction of movement of vehicles and people in the State. Accoding to the statement, the restriction will commerce from 12 midnight on Friday. Meanwhile, any one that violent this rule will be arrested. He urge every one to go out and vote in their respective Units.
