Abdulmumin Jibrin Accuses Dogara, House Of Rep Officers Of Trying To Steal N40 Billion Naira

Hon Abdulmumin Jibrin, Former Chairman of House Appropriations Committee and member, representing Kiru/Bebeji Federal Constituency, Kano State, has made some wild allegations against

the House of Representatives and its leaders, and it's rocking Nigeria Twitter as you read this.Problem started after Yakubu Dogara, speaker of the federal house of representatives, announced the sack of
Jibrin as the chairman, house committee on appropriation last Wednesday. Jibrin was immediately replaced with Mustapha Dawaki Bala and Jibrin, in reaction, took to his Twitter page to make the wild allegations the next day.He accused Dogara of dining wit‎h the enemies of President Muhammadu Buhari.He specifically said he was removed because he refused to yield to the demand of Dogara and that of some members of the house leadership to “allocate to themselves N40bn out of the N100bn allocated to the entire NASS”.He also said he refused to admit into the budget, “almost N30bn personal requests from Mr Speaker and the 3 other principal officers” of the lower chamber.He then called for the resignation of the speaker.
